 Something was missing.   I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I wasn’t happy on the inside even though I had what most people considered a perfect life.

I was a successful culinary entrepreneur, happily married to a supportive and loving husband, children that didn’t get into trouble, regularly attended church, a beautiful house yet…something was missing.

I started researching online and happened upon reiki. After a couple of sessions, I knew this is where I should head in my journey. Every day since that day has been a whirlwind of learning, happiness, gratitude and self-love.

Reiki was the start of my journey. Life force energy will flow through my hands into you searching for areas in your life force that need enhancement. Reiki is the primary energy tool I use to promote health, peace, relaxation and wellness.

Emotion Code – completing Body Code
Our bodies store emotions, both good and bad. Emotion code is a method to release trapped emotions that may be holding you back in health, love, professional and personal development. I can also remove “heart walls”; emotions that build up around your heart to protect you during stressful situations, but end up remaining and keeping you isolated from developing relationships. I will use magnets to release emotions and clear your heart wall.

Access Consciousness Bars (ACB)
Like a computer internet browser, your mind has tabs (thoughts, ideas) and occasionally those tabs become locked or stale and need to be closed. I will lightly touch 32 points on your head releasing the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you from creating a life you want, love or desire.

Pendulum Alchemy
Pendulums are very effective tool for divination, release and shifts. I use pendulums in almost every spiritual modality to enhance the power of release and energy flow. Pendulums have been used for thousands of years for divination and dowsing. My pendulum is my most effective tool at defining answers to spiritual solutions.

I use tarot and FHOD daily to help guide and direct me daily. FHOD is a very useful tool to find food’s deeper messages for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual ellness.
